WARRANTY POLICIES

Garments or intimate apparel do not have a warranty exchange, for purchases in our Store as long as the garment has been put to good use and it has a quality and/or manufacturing problem,  we will recognize all transportation expenses incurred by the consumer which will be reimbursed; The article must arrive with the freight paid to our facilities or point indicated for delivery , all products received under warranty must be reviewed by our quality team, this time is 7 business days, in which it will be verified that in effect, the failure or deterioration is due to the manufacture and quality of the article, once this information has been verified, the value canceled for freight will be reimbursed to the client.

The guarantee process does not always mean or result in the total change of the article and/or refund of the money, after the review according to the affectation of the article, the client will be informed and proceed to. 1st Repair and/or arrangement. 2nd Substitution of the affected part or accessory. 3ª In the event that the article is not fixed, the client will be notified to change the article, for a new one of the same value or cost. 4th Bond or credit note is issued for a future purchase. 5th The money will be returned, according to the times and terms established in point #2.

Before doing the paperwork for a claim, by guarantee we suggest you consult the most common cases of rejection.

  • Use of deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
  • Use of chemicals or bleach in the wash.
  • Faded by direct drying in the sun.

Changes of products designed, cut or made to measure or under particular specifications will not be accepted.

2 Changes by size.

They are not objects of change by size or any other process, products that are found with the following anomalies.

  4. Bad smells.
  5. They have been washed.
  6. Don't have their labels and stickers.
  7. That the maximum time of three (03), or seven (07) calendar days for notification and/or receipt of the item has been exceeded; Except in cases of force majeure that prevent the normal development or delivery by the carrier or means that the customer uses to deliver the item, in such a case and if it is verified that there was such a reason, the maximum time for the reception and/or delivery of the item . item, will be extended up to fifteen (15) calendar days , to request this extension you must attach evidence, provided by the carrier or means chosen by the customer to return the item.
  8. If the product was personalized at the client's request, there will be no change.
